How It Began
Susana Martínez Denia - Founder of Insatiable Leaders®
Insatiable Leaders® emerged in 2017 when I identified six traits of growth-driven leaders.
I observed these traits operating like a double-edged sword – both promoting and hindering leaders’ growth and advancement in their industries and companies.
Reflecting on my own duality experience with these traits, I devoted my time to understanding the essence of instability.
I’ve turned it into comprehensive leadership frameworks and a book to help leaders channel these traits to give them an individual and business advantage.
Over the years, I’ve coached and trained leaders worldwide in my methodology in companies such as Goldman Sachs, EY, Meta, Vodafone, and PWC.
