About Susana
Susana Martínez Denia is the founder of Insatiable Leaders.
She is an Executive Coach with more than 15 years of experience in the banking, professional services and people development sectors and the author of Insatiable Leaders.
In her career, Susana has worked as a Chief Operating Officer and Career coach for a leading career-coaching company in London. Prior to becoming a coach, she led multicultural teams that provided advisory services for disputes relating to complex financial market issues and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives valuation services for hedge funds.
Trilingual in English, Spanish and French, she holds a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance and is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Leadership and Management in the UK.
