    • Defined a one-year growth vision, identifying the types of clients, engagements, and opportunities that would drive AppASO’s expansion.

    • Analyzed operational inefficiencies, assessing workflows, decision-making processes, and execution gaps that slowed growth.

    • Identified the team structure needed, mapping out key roles to streamline execution and create a scalable operational model.

    • Audited her calendar, identifying tasks her team could take over but weren’t due to lack of strategic delegation.

    • Explored how her being reluctant to give out control of execution and other repsnsbailities he ideas that limited delegation, addressing control tendencies that prevented team empowerment.

    • Designed a team organizational structure, shifting from reliance on external suppliers to building an internal, scalable team. Identified the profiles to onboard.

    • Explore structured conversations and dialogues to guide her team in performance management, career development, and taking on higher-level responsibilities to drive growth and expansion.
