Partnered with the VP and Head of Manufacturing, Retail, Energy & Utility in the UK & Ireland at Tech Mahindra to design and deliver a 4-hour leadership workshop for 20+ sales and tech professionals. It was hosted in London with remote participation from India, to upskill the team to align solutions with CXO needs.

I. Initial Consultation and Tailoring
